  • Q. I don’t want to have another car of that model.
  • A. That is not a problem, we have over 10,000 cars to choose from and will help you find the right car. 
  • Q. Why can’t I have the money?
  • A. As part of your policy you are entitled to our Vehicle Replacement Team programme, this is quickest and most convenient way to get you back on the road. You can have the money BUT this is an added benefit of your policy.
  • Q. What is my car worth?
  • A. Your Insurance company value your vehicle based on the current market value using industry guides and market research.
  • Q. What do I do about excess, courtesy car, documents etc?
  • A. Our Team will take you through that and answer any other questions.
  • Q. What do I do about my finance?
  • A. Our team will ask you for a copy of your finance settlement figure as we will pay this on your behalf and discuss all finance options. 
  • Q. Do the cars come with warranty?
  • A. Yes all cars come with a minimum of twelve months warranty and are HPI checked.
  • Q. What if they don’t have a car I like?
  • A. Vertu Motors have a choice of over 10,000 cars in stock, and cover 22 different franchises we are confident that we will probably have a replacement car for you.
  • Q. How long does the process take?
  • A. Usually no more than 5 days.
  • Q. Do I have to use all of my cash Insurance settlement?
  • A. No, you can have cash back if you do not want to use it all. We can also offer finance subject to acceptance.
  • Q. Have these vehicles been written off and repaired?
  • A. No, all vehicles have been HPI checked
  • Q. How do I change my vehicle selection in my basket?
  • A. Please open the basket, delete your choice then select the new vehicles and submit.
